Simplified Monthly Billing
Your membership fee and all completed transportation services are summarized in one convenient monthly statement, eliminating the need to arrange payment at the completion of each individual service. Payment is made securely using the credit card maintained on file.
Priority Reservation Access
You'll receive advance access to scheduling and preferred placement on our calendar whenever possible. Recurring rides may be arranged in advance, helping you maintain dependable transportation for the activities and occasions that matter to you.
Personalized Client & Family Coordination
Service preferences, regular destinations, standing instructions, and authorized family contacts are maintained on file. At the client's direction, GoldenRides® can coordinate arrangements and provide pickup, arrival, or return updates to a designated family member.
Flexible Service Timing
When plans change or an outing lasts longer than expected, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate timing adjustments or extend the service.
Short-Notice & Off Hours Consideration
Private Clients receive priority consideration for short-notice requests and early-morning, evening, or weekend service, subject to availability.
Pet-Friendly Arrangements
A small companion animal may accompany the client on appropriate outings when arrangements are made in advance and the nature of the service permits.
Membership Cost
Per Month
Transportation services are billed separately at standard hourly rates.
Availability is limited to ensure a consistent level of service.
