For individuals and families who anticipate ongoing needs, our Private Client Program provides a structured, relationship-based approach to senior mobility — designed to reduce coordination effort, support continuity, provide for immediate or unexpected needs, and bring greater ease to everyday life. Here is what you receive:
Priority Scheduling
“You’ll have advance access to scheduling and preferred placement in our calendar whenever possible. Recurring appointments can be established, and your needs   and preferences are maintained on file — allowing each service to be arranged with familiarity and efficiency.
Flexible Scheduling Support
When schedules shift or your appointments run long, timing adjustments and extended wait periods are accommodated whenever possible — allowing for a more relaxed, responsive experience.
Short-Notice & Extended Availability
Priority consideration is given to early morning, evening and weekend scheduling, as well as short notice and after- hours needs.
Accompanied Medical Visits
A family member or aide may accompany you to medical appointments, to provide added comfort and support throughout your visit and return trip. Arrangements are made in advance based on vehicle capacity.
Pet-Friendly Arrangements
You’ll be able to take a small companion animal with you on your social outings when appropriate. Arrangements are made in advance, based on the nature of the outing, and the overall service required.
Simplified Monthly Billing
All services received are summarized and submitted to you for payment in a single statement, eliminating the need and bother of payment at the point of service. Your payment will be due at the end of each month (along with membership fee) and made with a secure credit card on file.
Membership Cost: $215 Per Month
Transportation services are billed separately at standard hourly rates.
Availability is limited to ensure a consistent level of service.
