IMMEDIATE RIDE CREDIT
Confidence at your first step.
When you contact GoldenRides® for the first time, we will activate a one-time Immediate Ride Credit of $50, applied to the first hour of your initial service.*
Your first ride must be scheduled within seven (7) days of your initial contact.
There is no obligation beyond your first ride. This credit is simply our way of welcoming you and making the decision to begin easier for you.

FUTURE TRANSPORTATION CREDIT
Planning ahead for peace of mind.
Many families prefer to put transportation support in place before the need becomes urgent.
Upon your initial call, GoldenRides® will place a one-time Future Transportation Credit of $40 on file and apply it to the first hour of your initial ride*, provided it is scheduled within thirty (30) days of your initial contact.
This allows you to secure value now while choosing the most convenient time for you or your loved one.

SECOND-USE INCENTIVE CREDIT
Familiarity. Continuity. Peace of Mind.
When you schedule your initial ride, and a second ride is arranged at the same time, GoldenRides® will automatically apply a $75 Courtesy Credit to the first hour of your second service.*
The second ride must occur within thirty (30) days of your initial ride.
This approach allows you to experience GoldenRides® more than once before making any long-term decisions.

3RD-PARTY TRANSFERRABLE CREDIT
Shared flexibility & service.
Some families prefer flexibility when coordinating visits and shared transportation needs. Upon initial contact, you may request a one-time Transferrable Courtesy Credit of $40, which may be applied to your first ride or extended to a visiting friend or family member.
The credit must be used within sixty (60) days of activation.
This option is often selected when an adult child is visiting or when introducing GoldenRides® to a trusted friend for the first time.

Courtesy Credit Guidelines
Courtesy Credits are applied to the first hour of service and do not alter standard minimum service requirements or hourly rates.
One credit per household. Credits may not be combined with other offers. Credits apply to service time only, hold no cash value, and are non- transferable unless specifically stated. Activation windows apply as noted below.
